Ayurveda teaches us that true healing begins within.

Through personalized consultations and compassionate guidance, I help you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and live in alignment with your most authentic self.

My Story

Two women practicing yoga or meditation in a bright studio with a window. One woman is sitting cross-legged on a cushion, smiling, with a book open on her lap, while the other woman is sitting with her back to the camera.
A woman with long dark hair braided into two pigtails, wearing traditional Indian jewelry and orange ethnic attire, holding a young child with a shaved head, big eyes, and wearing a pink checkered shirt, standing against a plain white fabric background.

My name is Harvir Kaur, and I came to Ayurveda the way many people find the things that truly transform them — through struggle, through searching, and ultimately, through finding my way back to myself.

I was born and raised in India until the age of nine, when my family immigrated to the United States. We adapted, we built a new life — but a quiet sense of displacement stayed with me, one I wouldn't fully understand until much later.

In college, my body began expressing what I hadn't yet processed emotionally. I developed ongoing digestive issues and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at 22. I followed the conventional path — steroids, immunosuppressants, countless appointments — but the flare-ups continued. Years of chronic inflammation eventually led to a second diagnosis: avascular necrosis in my knees.

For more than a decade, I searched for something that would address not just my symptoms, but their deeper causes. Then I found Ayurveda — or perhaps Ayurveda found me.

Rooted in the same land where my story began, it felt less like learning something new and more like remembering something I had always known. As I began applying its principles, I experienced profound shifts — not only in my physical health, but in the way I related to myself and my life. Ayurveda taught me to listen to my body instead of fighting it. It brought me home to myself.

I share my story not because my struggles are unique, but because I know what it feels like to live in a body that seems to be working against you — the frustration, the uncertainty, the longing for answers. And I know the relief when something finally resonates and healing begins.

That lived experience informs every consultation I offer. My hope is to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom, uncover the root causes of imbalance, and create lasting health in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and deeply personal.

Wherever you are on your healing journey — you don't have to walk it alone.
